![]() ![]() I’m feeling really tired, and my back hurts. So… without further ado:īefore 3-week Yoga Retreat, Day 3 – Balance: It’s 8:38 p.m. ![]() ![]() I just haven’t been sure where to fit working out in and I’ve also felt pretty exhausted! I feel super tired tonight, too, because I just could NOT fall asleep last night, but I know it’s time to fit the workout in anyway because now my back is hurting. It’s been a few days since I did the last video, and I know it’s definitely time to make time because my lower back is hurting again! I had promised myself that I would make time to work out every day, but life kind of got in the way a little bit, with my son starting school last week and my daughter starting school yesterday, and all of us trying to adjust to the new schedule changes.
